Manufactory KUTIKA was established in 2014 in Gemer as a tailoring and sawing manufactory employing local peoples.
The goal of Project KUTIKA is to create and gave new motivation for peoples living in deprived regions thru tolerance, mutual respect and social solidarity. As an implementation of this idea was established in 2014 in the village Gemer (Middle-South Slovakia) “Manufactory KUTIKA” as a tailoring and sawing manufactory employing local peoples. The spirit and design of this idea is based on local, Gemer regional traditions, while the project is also looking for answers to the latest technical and social challenges, we are confrontated in 21. Centery. Kutika should become a model for the rebirth of marginalized regions, the establishment of self-sustaining regional businesses that gave new opportunity for work and provide a new perspective for underdeveloped regions.
